In addition to offering expertise in advanced manufacturing programs (prototype through serial production), we are also an established FAA-approved repair station with a limited airframe rating specializing in the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification of both bonded and advanced composite components. Operating with our FAA Part 145 Repair Station license helps us optimize our internal quality control and maintain better compliance with industry standards.

In 2003, Aerodine Composites became a registered FAA Repair Station (License #RDMR624X) in an effort to optimize its internal quality control to align with one of the toughest industry standards. Operating with our FAA Part 145 Repair Station license enables us to optimize our internal quality control and maintain better compliance not only for the aerospace industry but also for the motorsports, military/defense, and medical industries. Our active FAA inspections ensure strict adherence to federal guidelines in the areas of training, process control, materials storage, damage tolerance evaluation, technical data, drug and alcohol abatement, and recordkeeping across all the industries the Company supports.
